Ajayan is a successful serial entrepreneur of technology and IT infra business. Prior to finding Exim Alert, he has worked in various industries in various roles. He is the founder and managing director of Exim Alert Group. Under his leadership the group has been growing at more than 100% CAGR over the past 10 years. His strong belief in the philosophy of “total ownership for consistent value addition to clients” is strongly imbibed in Exim Alert as its brand core.

Mr. A. Velraj, COO

Velraj has been aconsultant in the field of Foreign Trade for over 15 years. He launched his career with Indian Institute of Trade & Taxes as Junior Consultant. His through Knowledge in Excise & Customs helps in many ways in developing software for the Logistics Industry. The current version of our product “Focus” is primarily due to his continues efforts for the past 8 years.

Mr. M. Arul Murugan, CFO

Arul Murugan, has more than 16 years industrial experience in areas of Finance, Admin & HR Management. Starting his career with VST Motors in 1996 subsequently moved on to Vision soft technologieswhere he spent 8 years in various roles and eventually was the General Manager - Finance. He put in place process, procedures and controls for various departments in the company. He came on board of Exim Alert in 2007. He had a stellar role in the development of the company.

C.S. Narendar has rich Experience of Trading were logistic is an essential Ingredient, Mr. C.S.Narendar is a qualified in Regulation 9 exam conducted by Customs in the year 1987. He has been serving the CHA Fraternity as President of the Custom house Agents Association in Hyderabad and as Vice Chairman for FFFAI (AN APPEX BODY of 24 CHA Associations put together a National body) to represent in CBEC BOARD under the Ministry of Finance. He has attended many International Conferences in Freight Forwarding such as SHANGHAI, JAPAN, ANTWERP, MILAN, and UNESCAP meetings in UN building at Bangkok.

DebashisModak, Managing Director of, born in a business family, started his carrier in logistics and has 25 year experience in Ship Agency, Ship Chartering, Forwarding, ODC Movements, Air Cargo Movements, Customs Clearing and extended to multi shipping activities. Having office in almost all ports of East Coast of India is qualified in Regulation 8 Examination conducted by Indian Customs.He is the founder of M/s Sea Meridian Shipping Agency Pvt Ltd.,a leading logistics company and catering to all the shipping activities.

He is the E.C. member of FFFAI and Bengal National Chamber of Commerce. He is also a Honorary Treasurer of Calcutta Custom House Agents Association.

Mr. P. Raghuram

Babu has over 15 years of financial work experience in Accounts & Finance and Internal Audit Procedures in diverse industries. He is currently employed with Sabari Inn Limited, Chennai as Chief Finance Officer. Babu has played a major role in obtaining Project Finance & Private Equity Placement for Sabari group. Babu has a Bachelors Degree in Law, DISA, Chartered Accountancy, Masters Degree in Commerce.
